Payment Terms

With a range of properties and payment options available, almost everybody can own an Avida property.

Payment schemes vary on a per-project basis. Typical payment schemes include cash, Deferred without interest (2 years), and bank financing.

 

Sample Computation

 

Spot Cash within thirty (30) days

  • 10% to 20% discount ready for occupancy RFO units (Towers)

  • 8% to 10% discount for Towers (Preselling)

  • 5% to 12% discount on Land and Houses (Preselling & RFO)

 

Deferred Cash Term

  • 20% Spot Downpayment

  • Balance Payment payable up to eightheen (18) months (with name check)

  • Balance Payable up to forty-two (42) months (with name check)

  • For Land and Houses: 100% Balance Payable net of Reservation Fee can be paid in thirty-six (36) months with name check.
